Dr. Tran did my LASIK and I couldnt be happier. I went from -10.50 in my left eye and -9.75 in my right eye to 20/20 and 20/25 respectively. Not having to deal with glasses and contacts has been so life changing. Thank you so much Dr. Tran! I'm usually in and out within an hour of my appointment time. Dr. Tran's staff is truly extraordinary.

Dr. Tran is an exceptional ophthalmologist, and his office staff works very efficiently. They take care of you as soon as you walk in the door. My waiting time was about 5 minutes and I was having my eye pressure checked and questioned regarding my visit. I was very satisfied with my visit today.

Education and training:
Dr. Tran graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with Magna Cum Laude overall and highest honor in his field of study. He then returned to his native Texas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. His clinical training continued at Presbyterian Hospital at Dallas where he completed an internship in Internal Medicine. His ophthalmology training was at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He has been board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 2001 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. His list of accomplishments include : co-authored important article in peer-reviewed professional journal, voted as "TOP DOC" in Tarrant County in the Fort Worth magazine . He has been INTRALASE and LASIK certified to perform LASER vision correction for near-sightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism since 2000. Dr. Tran is also active as an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern and Stephen F. Austin Medical School. Dr. Lien is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Lien grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas. She enjoys spending her free time baking desserts and traveling with her husband. She also enjoys a quiet weekend at home watching movies and spending time with her two dogs.
